Printing Instructions:

Use the above pull down menu to select a chapter to print.  If your printer has difficulty printing the pages into black letters on white background, scroll down and learn how to change your browser setting.

You can now buy a paperback copy of this book.  Only $38.90 plus shipping.  Buying the paperback copy is cheaper than printing out close to 900 pages with your own printer.
